JFW has a line of 50 Ohm fixed attenuators that operate DC-8.4 GHz. They are available with N or SMA connectors. We created these models so that customers operating in bands such as mid-5G, Wi-Fi 6E and Wi-Fi 7 would not have to pay for 18GHz models. If you are not working at 18GHz, then do not pay for 18GHz components. Using a fixed attenuator that matches your frequency band can reduce your costs.
