JFW model 57ZTT-2.2G is a coaxial impedance matching transformer.  It operates 5-2200MHz.  On the 50Ω side it is available with either BNC, N or SMA connectors.  On the 75Ω side it is available with BNC, F or N connectors.  This matching transformer allows you to connect a 50Ω device to a 75Ω device and have proper impedance matching.
