JFW model 75PA-132 is a 2-channel programmable attenuator assembly with 75 Ohm impedance.  It operates 5-3000MHz with attenuation range 0-95dB x 1dB steps.  The unit has a benchtop enclosure.  It can be manually controlled using the keypad or remotely controlled via an Ethernet or RS-232 connection.  Each channel consists of an individually controlled programmable attenuator.  The attenuators are rated for up to +23dBm average input power.
