JFW Privacy and Data Usage Policy

JFW Industries, Inc. maintains a database of business contact information (Name, Business Address, Business Phone and Business Email addresses). No other personal information is maintained by JFW.

This business information is used solely by JFW and its contract representatives for marketing activities. Business data collection meets the requirements of GDPR. All emails will contain a clear ‘opt out’ option that will become effective immediately. All maintained data will also be deleted immediately from our database upon written request.

Credit card information collected is destroyed as soon as the charged order is processed unless the customer has requested that JFW keep the credit card info on file, then it is securely stored and only available to select personnel.
